1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ktkpk website at ktkpk.net, or any associated mobile interface, API, or service operated by ktkpk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ktkpk platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and active players who place bets or participate in casino games. If you are accessing the ktkpk platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2.2 Registration Process

2.3 KYC Verification

ktkpk is required to verify the identity of all players who request withdrawals. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit a clear, legible copy of your Bangladesh National ID card (NID) and a current selfie photograph. Additional documents — such as proof of address or source of funds — may be requested in certain circumstances, particularly for high-value withdrawals.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ktkpk may result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on your account. ktkpk reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ktkpk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for fully verified (KYC-completed) accounts.
• The standard daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts is ৳50,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier players upon request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using a payment account or payment credentials that do not belong to you.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ktkpk platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the ktkpk platform in place of a human user.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any other form of coordinated cheating in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Attempting to launder money or use the ktkpk platform to disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play games in good faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ktkpk staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the ktkpk platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to mask your true location.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ktkpk

ktkpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering or suspicious financial activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; use of the account by a person other than the registered account holder; or any other conduct that ktkpk reasonably considers harmful to the platform, its users, or its integrity.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may close your ktkpk account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ktkpk will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated MFS account, provided that all active bonus wagering requirements have been cleared and no funds are subject to an active investigation.

8.3 Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. ktkpk will send an email notification to the registered address when an account is approaching inactive status. If no activity occurs following this notification, an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining account balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ktkpk, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ktkpk platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: the outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the platform; technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ktkpk's reasonable control; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security; inaccuracies in game odds or payout calculations that are the result of manifest clerical error; or decisions made by the ktkpk trading or compliance team in accordance with these Terms.

ktkpk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the ktkpk website or any specific game or feature. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability, during which time placed bets and active game sessions will be handled in accordance with the technical error provisions in Section 5.4.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ktkpk's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ktkpk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the ktkpk website. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where a change to these Terms is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — ktkpk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a platform-wide notice prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the ktkpk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your ktkpk account in accordance with Section 8.2 above before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the amendment date constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of the updated Terms.
